It is a subtle, gentle and profound process, rooted in Christian mysticism but containing elements of psychology and other non-dualistic teachings such as Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism.
The goal is not to deny any reality in the world, but to understand the mistaken perception so it may be dissolved.
